Slinging some drool for sweet Richard, I hope his recovery will be quick.

There is nothing so soft, sweet and content as houndies getting their zzzzzzzzzz.

I love the throw on the sofa.

Bailey is sleeping in the other room. My Mom has doggie beds all over the house and on the deck in case they want to suntan. She says she just lives in 'their' dog house. Can you believe our little parrot 'Darcie' caught the flu too. I am having to give her antibiotic shots in her breast. She is doing much better.....I have given dogs shots before, but I never thought I would be giving a little bird shots.

Richard will be fine because he has a loving family taking care of him. Kennel Cough is rampant down here in the shelters. I had a few fosters that had it. It's the doggie flu and most healthy dogs get over it just fine. Good luck Richard! We're sending lots and lots of drool your way!

Richard is holding his own (that is actually him lying there on the floor between the two pillows). Clancy in his mom's lap of course....he always gets first dibs! Richard is on Amoxcillin and a Cough Tab every 4 hours. The coughing is really making him tired -- what a horrible condition to have. We are hoping and praying for a turn around soon. Thanks for thinking of him!
