You can actually see him shaking from a distance. Harriet paces the floor. Jethro and Ozzie sleep through the whole ordeal. So picture it...I'm laying on the floor with Oz and Jethro snoozing, trying to comfort Rugs who is vibrating all over the place and Harriet is walking circles around us all.
