I couldn’t pass this one up and you will see why;)

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and not passing this one up lovers…I have been trying really hard to cut back on my personal collection (not my boutique items) of basset hound stuff.

I would put my collection up against any in the world and I am not kidding!!!

I saw this piece of art and I just could not pass it up!

WBH1

Has anyone ever seen this figurine?  Over all of my decades of searching and buying basset hound collectables I have never seen this one!

WBH2

This figurine was made in Japan from the same place that did the Boswell figurines.  This white one is a bit larger at about 9” long.

WBH3

Those are mostly daisies, so it immediately stole my heart.

I had to share…

More loving rare finds later, Cat, Daisy Lynn, (Chaps and Emma ATB loving that little pink tongue;)

That is breathtakingly beautiful! That should NEVER go in the boutique. In fact, I think you should get Daisy Lynn’s full name painted on the bottom or somewhere. What a great memoir to cherish forever.

    GOOD FIND!!!

Judy – I found it via a google alert linked to ebay. I have certain alerts set up from different figurine manufactures that I like to follow pricing on. When Daisy came across my jaw dropped. I am going to keep looking for another one just to see if I have one of a few.

CJOH&RATB – I know…what a good find. I am going to keep it. I rarely buy something for my personal collection that I absolutely would not consider putting in the boutique but not this one! I should get her name put on it! Love that idea…

What a beautiful find!! I have to agree – keep it for your collection. I would put Daisy’s name on it too. I like that idea.
