About 6 years ago a friend made all of these milk bone bassets for me.  I have never had the perfect place for them until this year!  Now this little tree will be a tradition!

That is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen! So tell me, are those clothes pins on the back of them? Is that how they are attached to the tree? And I see that some have a sting that they are hanging from. How is the clothes pins and string attached to the bone? I’d love to make some of these!

Cindy – the milk bones are different like you noticed. Some have clothes pins with a small magnet on the back so you can put the on the fridge. The others have strings attached for the tree. All of them are glued. Some of the mild bones are pink for the girls (meat flavor) and with bows on their heads. I can send you one so you can use it as a prototype. I just love them. Just darling.

I’ll bet it’s a hot glue. I’ve got a glue gun. How cute that she used the pink for the girl with a bow! I love the idea. Don’t send me one. You keep it. I can see from the pictures. Looks easy enough.
