2010 Calendars continued….
Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Sr. Hounds Abound Calendar Lovers! This morning I was looking for a place to hang my Sr. Hounds Abound Calendar and I decided on the kitchen. I view this calendar as beautiful art that I will enjoy all year long. The stunning Buttermilk is the January Calendar Girl.
The first thing I do every morning is go to the kitchen. What a wonderful way to start my day!
Also, there are hounds pictured most every day. My dearly departed Chloe is on January the 4th.
Here is a better look at the lovely Chloe!
And as many of my readers well know, the Mayor is featured in October. The month of his wonderful birth. I am going to take of picture of him next to his month later today. He is currently looking out the window at a few kids playing across the street. I cannot disturb him during this extremely serious business.
More Calendar updates later….Love, Cat, Chaps and Emma
On September 9th is our sweet Maxine who went to the bridge almost 2 years ago now.
October will be a wonderful month! I saw Maxine on the calendar. What a pretty girl. Memories of her must put a loving smile on your face.
Hugs,
Kip, Gus, Bonnie and Charlie Bear
Cat, wonderful spot for the calendar! The Mayor is so special, I am happy he got onto a month this year!
I need to find a better place for ours, I have to make an effort to see it daily and I do not wan tto miss any of the gorgeous hounds, cats, and occasional squirrels and such who grace a day!
I didn’t realize we could purchase specific days for our hounds on the calendar. Howl cool! I’m going to check that out next year and see if I can get my hounds on some days. I’m sooooo glad that the Mayor got his birthday month! We’ll have to celebrate that WHOLE month!
Cat,
Can you still purchase a calander? I would love to have one!
Hey Emily –
I will check on that for you. The calendar is a real treasure. It reminds me every day that these elders need us as much as we need them.
