Whew! Howllo Fellow Hound and the 26th lovers!
Well bassethoundtown.com has made it through it’s second Holiday season! Next year I will start earlier!
We had a great time at my sister’s home and as in most homes with kids Guitar Hero was the hit of the day! What will they think of next?
My BIL made beef wellington that totally rocked the house.
We would love to hear what you did!

Beef Wellington is seriously yummy!!!! Can I “expect” an invitation next time he gets ambitious?
Houndies and humans spent the day being totally lazy. Had ham & scalloped potatoes for dineer. Well, the humans did and the hounds wanted to!
Sadly, today real life takes over!

Oh Chris, you would have been in heaven if you like Beef Wellington. My BIL is the bomb. He can seriously cook. He is not only an expert orthopaedic surgeon, but a gourmet chief. My younger sister is also a fantastic chief. What a treat for our family!
Love you!
Did U save some Beef Wellington 4 me??? C U soon sweet sis.
Love and hugs,
Nin
Honey you are in for some fantastic treats! Cannot wait to see you! And Yes, I have Mr. Wellington waiting for you! Slurp!
How Yummy! The hounds and their friend – Buster (a lab mix – who is in a wheelchair) who I am pet-sitting for all had beef ribs! The humans had a non-traditional Christmas Italian Dinner of Lemon Pepper Shrimp Pasta! WOW! Yummy!
Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday!
I am a vegetarian but Gus sure would love some beef wellington. Glad you had a nice time.
