Sneak peak at Chaps’ Grand Marshall outfit!

Howllo Fellow Hound and Grand Marshall Lovers:
Chaps has a new collar and lead so he can be seen and LEAD the parade in fashion. I don’t want to jump the gun, but he might be donning a cape as well. I will tell you more about that later. For now, here is his Groovy Get Up!
Is anyone reading this coming to the parade? My Mom and I went looking for the site today and got lost. Typical. We finally found it. My goodness, the Mayor cannot get lost for Dog sake.
