Howllo Fellow Hound and Chaps lovers: My neighbor e-mailed me last night about a few things. His sister has a Maltese whom Chaps’ loves to boss around. Everytime poor Bo goes out to potty, Chaps wants him back in side, pronto! No lingering! I was joking about it to my neighbor and he said they love to hear Chaps howl. He said, “Chaps is like a friendly old bell” ! I thought that was so cool. He does sound like a bell. A beautiful old bell.
