Howllo Fellow Hound and Shoe Lovers: Well, I do not fall into the latter category. I am just not a shoe person. The last time I bought a pair of shoes was 3 years ago and they are going to a wedding with me tonight! I should have RSVP’d for 3 instead of 1 because these kicks might possibly out shine the bride!

Oh yeah, her! Just kidding. She is Melissa, my dear, dear friend’s niece. Janie is my dear, dear friend. I met her in kindergarten and we have been bestest friends since then.

Anyway, back to my shoes. I spotted them from across the brightly lit fluorescent discount warehouse. The industrial glare of the humming bulbs made them shine like little jewels. The clouds parted and the angels sang, they were my size! I have never had that feeling for shoes before or since. Without further hesitation, my dates for this evening………..my shoes! LOL

The bride will be mad. I might show her up in the foot ware department!

You would not believe what I paid for my dates!

Right after I found my new friends I saw them in the Macy’s catalogue for 500.00!

I paid 19.99 and I bought them in every color they had! OK, I go nowhere where I can wear them, but I know they are all mine! Mine all mine!

Now I must go and find the perfect outfit!
