That’s adorable, but why wasn’t Mayor Chaps singing? Also, I don’t think Mayor Chaps likes that hat. It’s not in keeping with the image he projects.
I LOVE when Chaps perks up when you sing, “Bum bum bum bum!” haha, so cute. I also agree that he doesnt look very amused with the hat haha.
