Do you get a morning paper?

Howllo Fellow Hound and morning paper lovers: Well, I am not one of them. In my entire life I have never had a paper delivered to me. However, my Mom and Dad live for the paper. It is like a life line. They read papers like they are going out of style. Uh….I guess they are from what you hear on the Internet.

So, yesterday, of course there was no delivery of the beloved-ed papers.

Today all was back to normal with the delivery. Except, I had to go get the papers down by the street. Oh how I love getting the news from the Internet and not the ice covered sidewalk.

Anyway, 20 minutes later and one slip and fall I delivered the papers to my parents. My Dad thanked Chaps instead of me, making a crack about how he trained Chaps to get the paper.

Yeah, right!!! Here is what Chaps and Emma do after 30 seconds out side.

The joking is all in good fun. I would not let Chaps or Emma out the front door by themselves for nothing!

But check this out! There is basset that can fetch the newspaper! How cute is she? Her family got her from Las Vegas Basset Hound Rescue!

More getting your news via print later……..Love, Cat, Chaps and Emma

If I hadn’t seen it, I wouldn’t have believed it. I knew there had to be a treat involved somehow, but I am sure Maxine is sincere in her efforts.

I think your father thinks Chaps gets the paper to keep up with all the political happenings so he is a well-informed Mayor, but I know secretly Chaps likes to read the funnies first.

That video was great. Maxine went to alot of trouble to get that paper and deliver it. She deserved her treat.
