I took French for years but I never learned it!
Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and French Speaking Lovers: My parents were very extracurricular oriented when we were kids. We had every lesson under the sun. It was really fun. However, I was not too thrilled with my french lessons. I just never got into it. I can say a few things and read a few things but my brain was too unfocused to pick it up.
I was lamenting that today when I saw that a French website has a been hitting my site a fair amount this month. It’s called:
Ok, I was wondering, does that mean, good hour basset?
Anyway, if you go to that site, listed above, you will see the animation I had done of Emma on this person’s page. If you hit the link right above that (on that site) you will see Chaps, Emma, and Lily! LOL
Like I said, I wish I had listened more in those french classes.
More Oui, Oui Later………Love, Cat, Chaps and Emma
I took spanish and know just about as much spanish as you do French. Same here, just couldn’t get in to it. That’s cool that they are advertising your website! Or I guess that’s what they are doing since I don’t know french either. Ha! I’m sure there’s someone that looks at your blog that speaks french.
I don’t know French either. Only German.
Did you see “Les Bebes”? Cute Youtube video.
Cat, how do you find these things?
Thanks I really enjoyed the pictures. Seems to
me, Basset lovers in France like to dress their
Bassets up also.
According to the iGoogle language translator, basset du bonheur means “Basset Happiness”.
OMG! Thank you so much Kerry. That is so cool. With the litte french I did retain I thought that bonheur meant good hour.
Bon meaning Good and Heur meaning hour.
I guess together the words mean Happiness. Totally pawsome!
