Howl can I ever thank the Mayor enough?

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and saving your new lap top lovers! As many of my readers know I have a new lap top and BTW, I am so in love with it. I get to carry it around the house and play with it. Last night I took it into my TV area. Oh, I was so fancy! Then I almost lost it………

I was going to move my lap top back to the office to charge it back up and this is what happened.

I could not photograph this, so I did a diagram. If you have a printer, you might want to print it out for a total view of the events. If not, click on the picture for a larger view.

All I can say is that having Chaps laying in the area he was saved the day. I also must let you know, he NEVER, lays there. Was it a hound intervention to save me lots of money? I cannot tell you howl happy I am that his soft pillow haunch was there to catch my lap top.

I certainly learned a lesson. I will never let this lap top hit my hound boy again.

This is not a picture of the event but taken that same day. I was so loving my boy. Himz and I were watching each other work!

See that haunch?

More loving that soft pillow haunch later.

I think he knew that laptop repair costs will definitely cut into the city treat budget. What a good Mayor!

Being the Mayor he knew someday that bod of his would save the day. “Not just a good looking Mayor but also a smart one”.

I think the Mayor should be recognized as a hero for BassetHound Town. He, at personal risk to his own backside, saved a huge amount of money from being drained from the town’s treasury. Chaps, you are a real take action public official. Plus you are really handsome! Any chance you will be running for higher office in 2010? You’d definitely get my vote!

Yay for Chaps!!! What a hero! A similar experience happened in my household with Brutus. Before Brutus went blind he was entering the living room after a drink of water in the kitchen. All the lights were out and we were playing Wii bowling. He ran in front of me right as I was doing my “bowling” move and I tripped on him, the Wii remote went flying into our 42 inch LCD. I was so worried about Brutus while my husband almost passed out because I shattered his cherished TV. Okay so mine didn’t have as great of an ending…Brutus forgave me quickley, however, it took a bit longer for my husband to.

The Mayor wishes to thank everyone for his efforts! He loves his residents and their support. His pillow haunch will forever go down in BHT history and Emma’s pillow! LOL!
