Sometimes you just need your big sister….

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and big sister lovers! Well, mine came up today from Atlanta. Sometimes you just need your big sis!

CindyCat

My big sis is a Doctor and we are so proud of her! She made our day much better today and will make it better tomorrow!

The kids love her like crazy!

Nin and kids

As you can see!

This was taken years ago. Tonight they attacked her when she came in. Emma sounded like a coyote in the wild. Nin said, “I never knew a girl hound could sound so loud!”

It was so funny, Cindy kept saying, “It ain’t a dog if it ain’t part hound”!
She had me laughing so hard. She kept saying that in a thick southern accent.

I really needed that. The kids love her…

More loving big sisters later…..Cat, Chaps and Emma (all hound)!

She is absolutely right! I’m so glad she’s there with you. I’m the big sister and my little sister is an RN. And sometimes I need her too but we’re not close at all. We are just so opposite. Anyway, it’s good to see that she’s down and you guys are laughing and enjoying each other. That’s the way it should be!

Cat I am so glad your sister is there for you all right now. Having a close family is such a blessing and many don’t realize what they are missing. I am the youngest of 4 and have 2 older brothers and a sister. Sharon and I have always been close. She is 11 years older and was more like a second Mom. Give big sis a hug for us from Wisconsin.

Have you guys seen this story of a clever Basset Hound who ‘chased’ a mountain lion up a tree in South Dakota?
