Happy 8th Birthday Colby Chaps!
Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Birthday Boy Lovers! Today Colby Chaps is one of those! Our precious boy is 8 years old. That can’t be right??? Seems like just yesterday he was such a young pup!
This is the day he was picked up from the breeder, a wonderful life awaiting himz! The family actually met Chaps, his Daddy that day and fell right in love with him. I was just a glimmer in Chaps eye at that point.

One of the first things I did when I got home from TX was to e-mail Audra. I was very interested in becoming buddies and sharing stories about Father and Son!
Chaps had several other pups in his litter but none of them cared to keep up with their Daddy:(

Colby just cracks me up! Love the pic with the ballons! Happy birthday Colby. Demand extra treats and extra treatment today. If that’s possible. We all know that you get that anyway and I’m not sure that it can get any better. Your soooo lucky to have your Dad’s looks.
I love family pictures that include dogs! They are just as much a part of the family as any other member 🙂
Adorable simply adorable. Colby Chaps has an absolutely beautiful family – it is hard to believe he is 8 – he looks much younger! Happy Birthday to himz – hope he has cake and a frosty paw – Bumper and Abby’s favorite treat.
