It has been about 4 years since I went to the beauty parlor! Don’t you just love that? Beauty parlor! Anyway, I asked Grandma to pick out some hair styles for me to look at. Here they are!
Hum, I really liked her selections. I kind of liked the one to the left of Kelly Pickler. The one with the blue background. The girl in the black blazer is on the other side.
After the Mayor approved the expense Grandma and I went to the beauty parlor! Grandma got a permanent wave!
Here I am cooking in my foils. I have not done this in about 4 years. I was under the impression my gray hair was going to be pretty but after I got some cut off it looked like dead mice laying on the floor! Not so pretty!
I really liked the end result and then we popped over to Petsmart to buy a new hound bed for the car and a hound coupler for the upcoming trip. I must not only look good walking the hounds but I must be able to keep them under my control! The Mayor did not approve this purchase, butt………….More later on that.
We ran across this pup at the Petsmart beauty parlor! Pretty! Love the do! The color kind of looks like those dead mice, but it works on you!
As we arrived home the Mayor was waiting……… In his worry bed!
Wow, the Mayor had a ruff day at work! Oh, and BTW! Not quite like the picture Grandma picked out, but I like my new do!

I LOVE the new look. Kinda puts a spring in your step, doesn’t it. I’ve been going to the same hairdresser for 20 years, we are like BFFs now. Every once and a while, I’ll find a crazy pic in a magazine and take it to her saying “make me look like that.” Then we both enjoy a good laugh. Last time I took a picture of Lady GAGA!!
