Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and entertainment lovers. Those of us who are well aware of sitter upper basset hounds know howl cute they are! But this passer by got a real sitter upper treat!
Georgia is the best sitter upper ever!

She is precious! I’m always scared that they’ll hurt their backs when they do that.
There is no way that Chaps or Emma could do that. Chaps does a version of that when he is really scared during a thunderstorm. I make sure I hold his paws.
Why is it only some Bassets can do this and not all Bassets? Slinky can’t sit up like that unless she is leaning against something.
Maureen, you don’t want Slinky doing this. I’d be scared that they’d twist their back a certain way to cause issues when getting up, down or possibly falling. Be glad she doesn’t.
Our little Miss Tee use to sit like that and we would just laugh. She usually did it for the hard boiled eggs that she loved.
