Happy New Year! Chaps would beg to differ!
Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Happy New Year Lovers….
I am in such big trouble.
Today my Mom and I went out to eat sauerkraut (and much more) for good luck in the new year.
Then we went to see the movie…MY WEEK WITH MARILYN….It was very good by the way!
I left my home forgetting one major important thing. To move the worry bed from the fireplace back to the window.
When we got home I could tell the Mayor was a bit lower at the front window.
As I entered my home I saw the Mayor was without his worry bed at the window.
Dog forbid! He was laying on the cold floor!
Not a great start to the New Year!
The Mayor does not hold a grudge. He laid on the floor waiting for us for about 5 hours.
More hoping that sauerkraut works later…Love, Cat Chaps and Emma

Oh my Chaps is so mistreated! Haha! Hope you have a great New Year – by the way – where did you go to have sauerkraut? It looks very good.
Newport Hafbrau house…
Wow, those plates are making me hungry! So good, so good.
Poor Chaps. What a dedicated soul he is. I’m sure he will forgive but next time don’t forget!
I did a no-no this year and for the first time in my life, I DID NOT eat black eyed peas and cabbage. We’ll see if I have more bad luck than usual. Ha!
POOR BABY!
I LOVE Reuben’s at the Haufbrau Haus. Oh my I want one now!
Chaps does look very concerned. I think he was worried about you and your Mother.
My mother is a huge saurkraut fan. One of her most favorite things to order is a Reuben sandwich.
