Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Sleeping with a Wagging Tail Lovers…I just love it when Daisy Lynn wags her tail in her sleep.  It is so cute.  I also love the sleep howl.  Very interesting.

Someone sent me this picture years ago.

Sleep wagging in the sun…

Isn’t it cute?  Does your hound sleep wag or sleep howl?

More loving the little things in life later…Cat, Daisy Lynn, (Chaps and Emma ATB wagging while sleeping in a rainbow stream of light…)

    That picture is sooooo cute!!!
My Barney and Maggie ALWAYS wagged their tails in their sleep, sometimes at the same time!!

Sophie doesn’t wag in her sleep but she does howl. Took a few times before Mabel was convinced this was not an emergency. 🙂

How precious! This is a fun subject but none of mine wag their tail.

Jethro runs in his sleep and sometimes tries to bark.

Oz just jerks and sometimes it looks like he’s trying to run.

    Harriet snores. LOUD.

YES….Abby was wagging her tail today during her nap! I always wonder what they are dreaming about. And if you look real close I think they are smiling in their sleep too!!!!

This picture is so beautiful you can feel its softness.

I don’t think any of my hounds wagged their tail while sleeping. Ruby would run in her sleep (and have seizures) and I’ve seen Cookie run too. Steve thinks she’s chasing an ice cube in her dream. Tater Tot just snores. I recorded it once and my kids “howled” with laughter.

Nosey has only “sleep wagged” once that I can remember. She runs in her sleep and arfs and sometimes howls. It is a low, very mournful howl… Since she sleeps between her Poppa and me with her head on the pillow, we wake her up a bit and give her a snuggle and say some comforting words, then she rolls over and goes back to sleep. Don’t you wish that we could plug into their dreams and see what they dream about? The dog park? Dinnertime? The mailman? Begging for treats? Going for a walkie? xoxo

Ollie runs in his sleep & smiles too He doesn’t wag his tail or snore. He takes his sleep seriously too. My grand dog Po snores very loud & it is a very low alto sound!!
