What a lovely spring Sunday…

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Lovely Spring Sunday Lovers…This weekend has been absolutely picture perfect.  Grandma, Daisy Lynn and I planted our flowers.  Is it just me, or are flowers getting more vibrant?

I took this picture and did absolutely nothing to it.  Wow…

We spend about 5 hours getting our pots planted in the back and we still have more to do in the front!!!

Daisy Lynn was a big help!  She had so much fun outside with us.  It was really cute!

Then it was time for us to get her down for her afternoon nap.

I hung up her screen door, turned her fan on and set the radio to soft spa music.  She was out for a few hours.

More loving lovely spring Sundays later…Cat, Daisy Lynn, (Chaps and Emma ATB informing me that the flowers are even more vibrant over the rainbow;)

It is absolutely beautiful outside this weekend!! I think like you said about the flowers. The colors are so bright! I thought it was just me because of the long, cold, snowy winter we had here. We got all our stuff planted. I only do pots. My perennials come up in the garden. We have our patio tomatoes in too. It is so nice to sit outside or walk & visit with neighbors. Have a great weekend!

It was truly a beautiful day today in Bassethoundtown! We spent a few hours at the swim club and they had a burger grill out at lunch then came home, relaxed on the porch and had pizza at Melissa’s house. Tomorrow a grill out at Krista’s and then the grandkids have 2 more weeks of school. Summer will begin then

Definitely vibrant. Very pretty. The long cold winter was rough but I think we needed it and it did some good. I know that we don’t have near as many critters like fleas, ticks and chiggers this year.

What is wrapped around Daisy Lynn’s belly? It looks like a snake!

LOL CJOHR – That is just a shadow. She had positioned herself so her head was outside of the screen. What a way to nap!
