Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Cat’s Movie Pics Lovers…I cannot remember the last time I posted a movie pic! I have so many it is crazy for sure. I thought I would post this one and try to get back into reporting on great movies.
I really loved Walter Mitty. It is playing on HBO on demand right now. I had Daisy Lynn all tucked in with Emma’s gully blanket.
I actually bought the ending credits song from ITunes. Really pretty!

I love the video you posted. I googled Walter Mitty & went to the site & watched several videos. I will have to see the movie. It looks awesome! Thanks for your post on it.
I’ve heard of Walter Mitty somewhere but I’m not too much on TV or movies so haven’t seen any of his movies. I’d rather be snuggled up with Daisy Lynn! She is so funny.
It is so hard to find a good movie and I just love them. I especially like Ben Stiller as an actor. Zoolander, need I say more? OMDog so funny. Ben Stiller’s real life Dad played George Costanza’s Dad in Seinfeld.
Walter Mitty is a fictional character in James Thurber’s short story “The Secret Life of Walter Mitty”, first published in The New Yorker on March 18, 1939, and in book form in My World and Welcome to It in 1942. Thurber loosely based the character on his friend, Walter Mithoff. It was made into a film in 1947, with a remake directed by and starring Ben Stiller released in 2013.
So, there is a bit of background. It’s a feel good movie and it also has Sean Penn in it but not very much.
Daisy Lynn and I, (all my hounds for that matter) love a good movie.

What a hoot to learn that Ben Still’s real life dad was the crotchy Frank Costanza. I love his character. He reminded me of a modern-day Archie Bunker.
