Merry Christmas fellow town hounds!
Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Christmas Day Lovers…Daisy Lynn woke up early, like all kids, and wanted to tell me all about the reindeer she saw last night! She actually woke me up about 5am and there was a herd walking up bassethoundtown lane. Hey, I have no idea if they were with Santa or not but they all looked pretty cool! There were about 20 of them. A big guy with about 10-15 points came right up to our window. He was enjoying eating one of my new bushes.
Then we opened up the Mayor’s gift from Colby Chaps Mead. I put it under the tree this morning…
Daisy Lynn went nuts smelling and smelling and smelling some more!
I guess you can see why! OATMEAL cookies!
And a new toy!
I know that Audra would have rubbed this all over Colby Chaps. It is a little grey mouse – someone was stirring but it wasn’t the mouse!
