Stuffed2

This was a labor of stuffed love!  OMDog!

Then it all went in the oven…

Of course our Mayor got a few tasty tid bits.  I gave her some hamburger and a tiny bit of cheese but herz got a touch of a delicate stomach so we kept her on her normal meal…

Looks absolutely delicious Cat. I’ve made stuffed zucchini for supper tonight. I put it all together in the early morning when it’s cool in my kitchen, then refrigerate it and let mu husband TJ cook it on the grill just till it’s hot al the way through and then he melts the cheese on top!! It’s really quite good and it gives it a smokey flavor!! I bet you could do the same with stuffed peppers!!

Karen – I love this idea and I also love zucchini! Grandma and I planted baby bells this year and they did really good. Would be a pawsome treat stuffed with hot pepper cheese on the grill! Thanks for the suggestion!
