Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Hounds on film lovers: OMG! It seems so weird to think back when we all used film in a camera. I cannot tell you howl much money I spent on pictures that were just horrible. Then, I would get 3 copies. Remember that? Anyway, I was looking through some endless pictures and found this priceless one of my Chloestrama Young Drama Hound. That is what I called her. Or, the Doggy Rama! She was so sweet and loved to be under the covers, just like our Emma.

This picture was taken about 16 years ago. Goodness sakes, time flies by so fast. I wish I still had that bed frame. It was all wrought iron.

If you wanted to find Chloe, you would look no farther than this bed. It was herz!

“Bogie and Ringo seem to be fitting right in. They’ve already been dashing out to the fence with the pack to bark at bunnies and deer. I guess they’re used to a doggie door because they’re comfortable going in and out. They’ve doused my face liberally with kisses several times so I think they like me. :)”

I am pretty sure these hounds came to HOP from a death in their family. I am just so glad they are at HOP.

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Movie Night Lovers. This movie is one of my favorites. It is called Billy Elliot. It came out in 2000. Have any of the residents seen it? If so, what did you think? I have not seen it since 2000. Here is the trailer.

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Bonded Pair Lovers…..

OMG! Emma and Chaps missed each other so much today. Emma was besides herself when Chaps left. I am not going to do readings any more without both of them. It is just not worth the stress on each of them.

Emma cried when we left really loud. Poor girl. I feel so bad. When we got home I thought they were going to go crazy greeting each other.

Here is a pic I just snapped! It is dark but you can see the love!

Oh, they are so cute. Chaps is now nuzzling herz!

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Rock Star Lovers! Here we are getting ready to load up the Rock Star!

I was wearing Emma’s beanie, blinged up with a rhinestone basset hound pin!

A great time was had by all as Chaps, an honorary member of Brownie troop 43365, entered the venue. As we turned the corner some of the girls saw us and started screaming and chanting Chaps name. It was so cute.

We sold 5 books! BASSETABULOUS! 100 bucks goes to House of Puddles. Also, guess what? The Brownies brought in treats, toys, and more! The bag weighed about 50 pounds and it took 2 people to carry it to my car. All of the Brownies earned their animal patch with the help of the Mayor!

We had such a good time! Here is our friend Maddie! She is actually in the Lily Book! She is on the left side of the picture.

See my face? That is what I did the entire time.

Thank you Brownies for all of the fun! The HoPpers will be very thankful!

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Emma wishing the Mayor well lovers! The Mayor is all spit shined and ready to go. Grandma washed his face morning and I brushed his teeth. He is taking a power nap right now saving up his energy for the little girls.

Speaking of little girls……

This is Emma on her new quilt. She now LOVES, LOVES, LOVES it! So do Chaps and I.

I bought Emma a Brownie Beanie for our next booking. I am going to be taking her in the future.

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and going to the MI Waddle Lovers!

I took Grandma and Grandpa about 7 or 8 years ago. Both Lily and Chloe were ATB and we were waiting for Chaps and Emma. We had so much fun. It was really a great time had by all!

I hope to join in the fun again in the next several years! I have pictures but they are buried in a box somewhere.

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Brownie Lovers! The Mayor is proud to sport the uniform of the Brownie and raise money for House of Puddles. Chaps will do just that this Friday as he promotes canine rescue while reading the Lily book to a Brownie troop!

You can see a stack of Lily Books behind him as he sports his Brownie beanie with pride!

100% of the sales will go to House of Puddles as the Mayor teaches the Brownies about homeless dogs in the USA.

His altered vest fits OK, not perfect so we will walk in with it on and then I will take it off for his comfort.

I heard from the some of the Moms that their daughters are looking so forward to his visit that some will be unable to sleep Thursday night!

I think we feel the same way!
