Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and fun day lovers…Today Grandma, Daisy Lynn and I went to Pyramid Hill, a sculpture park. Very mod for sure. Today they had Dog Dayz. A fun event just for dogs. We set up our vendor table! Look howl cute!
Then look who came to our table!
This is Sophie! She was rescued from an all breed rescue in our area called Louie’s Legacy! They have a particular love of bassets! It was so funny. Daisy Lynn was scaring her with all of her barking but when Daisy Lynn stopped Sophie kept inching closer and closer! Just darling…

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and pup lovers…This is so funny. About every 3 month someone digs out Daisy Lynn’s puppy picture and posts it on facebook…
It shows up on all kinds of facebook pages. The current one was “funny bassets”! The poster called it, “bi-colored attitude”. Out of about 300 comments only 2 people knew who she was. One was Judy of Bumper and Abby. Thank you Judy!
This picture keeps showing up again and again. I can actually see why.

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Flat Basset Lovers…
Guess What? Daisy Lynn is a real flat basset hound. Almost every time we take her out for a walk she goes flat!
Sometimes I think she is just people watching. She picks her spot and down she goes. We get a lot of smiles as folks drive and walk by.
You just can’t be in a hurry if you have a basset hound…
And that is a good thing…

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and LQQK at ME!!! Lovers…This morning I was working in the kitchen getting Daisy Lynn her breakfast and I turned around and saw this!!!

Just yesterday Grandma and I were wondering if Daisy Lynn would sit up other than on the couch. She always sits up for us while we sit on the couch, right in between us. And we make over her like crazy.
